With Avner in Buenos Aires
I had the great pleasure of working with Avner The Eccentric in Argentina a few years ago. Throughout the week we shared stories, ate amazing food, and drank mediocre beer. Avner is a master showman and I’ve been an admirer of his for years. I couldn’t believe my luck when we were booked to perform at the same conference in Buenos Aires. One thing you learn from watching Avner is how powerful silence can be. Throughout his ninety-minute theatrical show, he doesn’t speak - not a single word. Avner expertly uses silence and occasionally music as important elements of his performance, broken only by spontaneous eruptions of laughter and applause from the audience.
